Course Purchase

 

Once a course is purchased and access is provided, it is considered a digital service delivered.

 

Refund Eligibility

 

Refund requests will be considered only if:

•Payment was deducted but course access was not provided

•Duplicate payment was made for the same course

•Technical issue from our side prevents access

 

Non-Refundable Cases

 

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

•Course access has already been used

•Student decides to discontinue after enrollment

•Poor internet or device issues from user side

 

Refund Process

 

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
